Boko Haram’s Mystical Book “Guduma” Uncovered

A book believed to be Boko Haram occult manuscript was on Sunday found by men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) in Borno State.

The book, called “Guduma”, according to NSCDC was being used by the insurgents to hypnotize their victims to surrender to their occult activity.

According to the Commandant of the NSCDC in the state, Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi, “Guduma” is written in Arabi Language, adding that it was discovered in an abandoned building in Dikwa Local Government Area of the state by his men.

Findings revealed that Guduma could make somebody disappear and has the power to protect person from bullet shots and bombs.

“Many of the Boko Haram victims have been deceived with this book and they have lost their lives while trying to believe in it,” NSCDC Commandant said.

Investigation revealed that the insurgents could not pick the book, following operation of the Nigerian troops in Dikwa a few weeks ago.

“The fled without the book, which, they tag as their main power to disappear and reappear.

In another development, scores of people were killed by Boko Haram in a small community in Adamawa State at the weekend. The casualties, according to investigation were at a wake keep to mourn one of their deceased person when the insurgent struck.

They killed about 24 people. Meanwhile, men of Nigerian Army had taken over the area to fish out the perpetrators who might still be hiding in the village.
