OLAMIDE (YBNL Boss) FINALLY APOLOGISES TO “HEADIES” ORGANISERS

2016 began on a very interesting and controversial note with the debacle at the “Headies” awards which featured rapper and YBNL boss Olamide and Producer and Mavin boss Don Jazzy.

In the popular incident, Olamide discredited the organisers for being bias in giving the fast rising award to Mavins Reekado Banks instead of YBNL’s Lil Kesh.

He did that in the harshest terms possible pouring expletives on live TV. Don Jazzy when coming up to receive an award also took a short at Olamide which escalated the whole situation leading to a massive online fight between both bosses and their fans.

It reportedly took the intervention of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote to settle matters. They both came out to give an apology online but since then, Olamide had not said a word to the organisers.

In a recent video which he just released, Olamide apologises to Hip TV and to Ayo Animashaun, the organiser of the awards saying that he remembers the first time when he met Ayo as introduced to him by Kaffy and that Ayo was his ‘father’ in the industry.

This puts an end to the debacle seeing that the rapper has seen the error of his ways.
