Gunmen Abduct Three Housewives In Maganda village, Kaduna
Three housewives have been abducted by gunmen in Maganda village, Birning-Gwari, Kaduna State in the early hours of Saturday.
A source told our correspondent that the bandits came into the village at night and started shooting repeatedly to kill and scare the residents.
“They invaded Maganda community at about 2 am and invaded the residence of Alhaji Adamu Nakwalla. They abducted his three wives, the source said.
He stated that the abductors, however, released one of the women with their telephone number that the husband should contact them for negotiation.
“Before the incident, they had sent a warning message to the people in the community that they would come soon. “No life was lost but a young man in the community sustained bullet injury,” the source said.
Between January and May, many communities in Birnin Gwari local government of Kaduna State have come under attacks by armed bandits.
