President Buhari Is Back From UK Holiday
President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Nigeria after a two week holiday in the United Kingdom.
The jet carrying the President touched down at about six forty-five pm local time at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja.
The President is expected to preside over a crucial Security meeting on Monday after he must have transmitted a letter of resumption to the National Assembly.
It will be his first meeting with the new Acting Director General of the Department of State Services Matthew Seiyefa.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo had performed in acting capacity in the last two weeks. During his period of acting, Osinbajo sacked the former Director General of the Department of State Service, Lawal Daura.
The sack came, following the invasion of the National Assembly by the operatives of the DSS, an action that was traced to Daura.
